Your contact form is delivered to Maluhia Wellness, Inc. via encrypted email with client-side encryption (CSE) provided through Google Workspace Enterprise Plus.
Once received, your information is considered personal health information (PHI) and is treated with privacy and confidentiality as per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996
(HIPAA)."
Privacy Policy - The Basics
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers.
